May 2010 Yachting with New Members:

On May 1, 2010 JCI Lower Mainland held a New Recruit Yacht Cruise! JCI members and new recruits spent the beautiful Saturday afternoon sailing aboard the eighty-six foot yacht, the “MV Aurora”, from the Port Coquitlam Harbour to English Bay.  JCI Senator Robert Conconi, generously hosted the JCI Lower Mainland as a prize in a three month recruiting campaign. As part of the recruiting campaign JCI members were challenged to recruit new members to our chapter. All JCI members that we successful in bringing new recruits out to check out JCI Lower Mainland, we invited to bring their new recruits along for a four hour yacht cruise. The recruiting campaign and the yacht cruise were both a huge success!
